This policy explains how Marketing Brain LLP ("Marketing Brain", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and deletes information through our website at marketingbrainllp.com, our social media channels, and our internal software that connects to third-party platforms such as TikTok Shop.

How we use platform data
- We use data received through TikTok Shop APIs only for the accounts that authorized our app, and only for the purposes listed above.
- We do not sell platform data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host our systems under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
- We do not use platform data to identify individual shoppers, and we do not request shopper contact details.
- We follow the TikTok Shop Partner policies and the terms of each platform we connect to.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers located in the United States, with access limited to authorized members of Marketing Brain. Connections use encryption in transit (HTTPS). Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never published.
Retention and deletion
- We keep platform data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and no longer than 12 months, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
- When an account disconnects our app or revokes authorization, we stop collecting its data and delete it within 30 days.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to contact@marketingbrainllp.com. We reply within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To use any of these rights, email contact@marketingbrainllp.com.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Third-party sites
Our content links to retailers such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart and eBay. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our website or channel.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
